REFUND POLICY

At Phi Clinic Malaysia, we’re dedicated to ensuring your satisfaction with our services and products. While we strive to provide you with the best experience possible, please take a moment to review our refund policy:

Cancellation and Rescheduling:

(Penalty fees applicable to Hair Transplant Treatment only)

Your appointment is important to us and is reserved especially for you. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary. Therefore, we kindly request at least 48 hours notice prior to your scheduled appointment time for cancellations or rescheduling. Any appointments cancelled/rescheduled or changed without 24 hours notice will result in a charge equal to 30% of the reserved service amount.

Late Arrivals:

To ensure you get the most out of your treatments, we recommend arriving 15 minutes before your scheduled start time. Please note that arriving later than the scheduled start time may result in a shortened treatment duration, and you will still be charged for the cost of the initial scheduled appointment.

Sick or Feeling Unwell:

If you’re feeling under the weather, please let us know so we can reschedule your appointment. Your well-being is our priority, and we want to ensure you receive treatments under the best conditions possible.

Payment Policy:

A valid credit card number is required at the time of booking. Full payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash, Visa, MasterCard, Debit Cards, FPX and bank transfer Unfortunately, we do not accept personal cheques.

Refunds:

We strive to offer high-quality services and products, and unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds for skin care products, facial and aesthetic services, and gift cards/certificates.

Personal Belongings:

Please ensure to keep all jewelry and valuable items at home, as Phi Clinic Malaysia is not responsible for any lost or misplaced items.

Age Requirements:

All spa guests must be 12 years of age or older. Minors must be accompanied by their parent or legal guardian, and guests under the age of 18 must bring a signed consent form.
