Rewards Program Terms & Conditions

Phi-bulous Beauty Club is operated by Phi Clinic Malaysia, and is governed by the following terms and conditions. The membership shall only be valid within Malaysia, physical Phi Clinic Malaysia within the territory and www.phiclinicmalaysia.com. By joining Phi-bulous Beauty Club, you agree that you have read the following Terms and Conditions and agree to be bound by them; you further agree to provide with us your personal data (“Personal Data”, as defined in the Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) of 2010 (PDPA), and agree that we may collect and use your Personal Data in accordance with our Terms and Conditions. 

1. Definitions

i. “Membership Card” means the digital card/ pass issued to you upon successful registration with Phi Clinic Malaysia.

ii. “Reward Point(s)” means the point(s) awarded to you based on net purchases at Phi Clinic with the following payment methods: Cash, Credit Card, FPX or bank transfer.

iii. “Point Balance” means the remaining point(s) that can be redeemed to payment credits; redemption rate refers to membership tier rules as set out below.

iv. “Effective Period” means the 12 months following the membership effective date, upgrade date or extension date.

2. Application for Membership

i. Application for Phi Clinic Malaysia is free upon filling in the required information on the registration form provided by Phi Clinic Malaysia, agreeing to these Terms & Conditions. No membership fee and minimum spending are required for membership registration.

ii. If an application is successful, the applicant will be issued one Membership Card on the mobile application, with pre-loaded 500 points as Welcome Points.

iii. Applicants must ensure that the information submitted on the registration form is authentic, accurate, complete, not misleading and without any elements of fraud.

iv. Members can check their “Point(s)” and “Point Balance” upon successful registration at the mobile application.

v. To the extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any claim, demand, liability or action resulting from customer’s/ member’s omission, neglect and/or failure to supply us with their updated information, or from the accuracy and completeness of those data.

3. Membership, Member Discounts, Credits & Validity

i. Membership Card must be presented upon transaction to earn points. Points cannot be earned retrospectively. You can register 1 Point for every RM 1 spent. Point-to-credit redemption will depend on membership tier rules as follow: 

ii. All unused stored credit or Point Balance will be automatically forfeited after the Effective Period ends. Effective period refers to the 12 months following the membership effective date, upgrade date or extension date. Membership accumulative spending will be automatically reset to zero at the end of the Effective Period.

iii. Members should check and update their electronic card before payment to ensure an efficient payment process.

iv. Spending records and points will normally be issued and updated within 36 hours of purchase, except for specified promotions.

v. Credits and points in the membership are non-returnable, non-refundable, non-divisible and non-transferable; all unused balance will be forfeited when membership expires and cannot be used in combination with different Membership Cards.

vi. If the redeemed Point Balance is insufficient to pay the required amount for the transaction, the remaining balance can be settled by Cash, Credit Card, FPX or bank transfer.

4. General

i. This Membership Card, points, credits and any other form of rewards are valid until further announcements from Phi Clinic Malaysia.

ii. Your Personal Data provided will be used by Phi Clinic when it is collected and may be used for other directly related purposes, including but not limited to: direct marketing purposes by providing news updates on our products, services and promotional events or other marketing materials.

iii. Phi Clinic Malaysia reserves the right of final decisions in case of any disputes.
